Women and Youth Empowerment Programme

Mallpai Foundation Women and Youth Empowerment Program is designed to uplift marginalized groups, particularly rural youth and women and Fulani nomadic communities, by providing them with the tools and skills necessary for economic self-reliance. The program focuses on vocational training, entrepreneurship development, and access to financial literacy, enabling women and youth to create sustainable livelihoods. By targeting rural areas where opportunities are limited, the initiative addresses the unique challenges faced by these communities, such as limited access to education, healthcare, and economic resources.

For Fulani nomadic women, the program tailors specific interventions that align with their way of life, ensuring cultural sensitivity while promoting economic independence. Training in areas such as animal husbandry, dairy production, and local crafts empowers women to contribute to their households and communities. The ultimate goal is to reduce poverty, promote gender equality, and foster resilience among rural and nomadic populations through capacity-building and empowerment.
